Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Help deliver insight-led reward advice across the firm, combining analytical capability, market insight, and practical remuneration expertise.
- Execute and drive analyze compensation and workforce data, identify trends, support the design and review of reward packages, and translate insights into clear recommendations for business and People & Culture stakeholders.
- Partner directly with Reward colleagues and business stakeholders to support annual remuneration processes, market benchmarking, regulatory and governance requirements, and ad hoc reward analysis.
- This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, applying judgement to compensation matters, and using analysis to inform practical business decisions.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in remuneration, compensation, reward, or workforce analytics, ideally within financial services, investment banking, financial markets, or another highly regulated environment.
- Analytical capability, with experience interpreting remuneration and workforce data, identifying trends, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
- Curiosity and confidence using data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to improve analysis, enhance efficiency, and support evidence-based reward decisions.
- Awareness of emerging reward trends, including pay transparency, pay equity, skills-based pay considerations, and the evolving use of data and technology in compensation decision-making.
- Experience analyzing market remuneration data, benchmarking compensation outcomes, and supporting annual compensation review processes, regulatory reporting, reward governance, pay equity analysis, or large-scale workforce analysis would be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of compensation principles, including fixed pay, variable pay, market benchmarking, reward governance, and incentive structures.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate analysis and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring further review.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex remuneration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a global team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a strong client-service mindset and interest in continuous improvement.
