Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Lead and steer the execution and support the sourcing of transactions across a range of specialty finance sectors.
- Partner directly with clients and contribute to relationship management, business development, and marketing initiatives.
- Deploy specialized understanding of specialty finance businesses, valuation, and financial modeling to deliver high-quality analysis and insights on highly strategic, bespoke transactions.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Investment banking experience within the financial institutions industry, with an understanding of valuation and financial modeling.
- Ability to lead execution of our transactions across M&A, private capital raising and forward flow funding arrangements.
- Experience contributing to client coverage, business development, and marketing activities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, as well as manage and train junior team members.
- Attention to detail, exceptional work ethic, and a collaborative approach to teamwork and excellence.
