Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Interpret financial models and scenario analysis to deliver meaningful insights for senior leaders.
- Execute and drive translate complex financial information into clear recommendations, influence key stakeholders and support business decisions through strong financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Execute and drive build trusted relationships across the business and help drive a strong understanding of financial outcomes and risks.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Financial planning and analysis experience, ideally within retail banking or financial services.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial models and work across multiple data sources.
- Experience using planning and reporting tools such as TM1, Anaplan or similar platforms.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and explain complex information in a simple way.
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate analysis, insights and well-documented outcomes.
