Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Execute and drive participate in the full execution of advisory, capital raising and principal transactions.
- Your work will be centered around the pursuit of new business opportunities and executing existing client advisory mandates, as well as servicing existing portfolio investments including debt and equity positions.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A, capital markets or corporate development.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and financial modeling.
- An understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance.
