Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Spearhead shaping high‑quality financial advice for clients with complex circumstances.
- Execute and drive partner closely with Private Bankers and specialists to develop personalised advice documents, perform detailed financial modelling and ensure advice meets regulatory standards.
- Your work will directly contribute to delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes while improving processes and ways of working across the team.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 5 + years extensive experience in a paraplanning role, with a strong background supporting complex financial advice for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Advanced capability in XPLAN and experience using Salesforce, with confidence handling detailed financial data and modelling.
- A strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies and Australian regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of producing accurate, compliant and well‑structured advice documents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with senior professionals and contribute constructively to team outcomes.
