Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Our Country Coverage Italy team, part of the firm Capital, works with clients across the Italian market with a broad range of services including buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, debt advisory and capital, allowing our clients to access capital, pursue strategic opportunities and deliver high-impact transactions.
- Actively advance and support live transactions through financial analysis, company valuations and market research.
- Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll develop technical and advisory skills through a range of activities including preparation of research and presentation materials, financial analysis and valuations for pitches or live deals.
- We are looking for interns to join our team for six months from January 2027.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- You are in your final year of university (bachelor or master), or have graduated in the last year with an excellent academic record.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and flexibly, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous internship experience in private equity, M&A or similar, or alternatively in deal advisory within a consultancy firm.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and valuation theory, methodologies and applications.
- Clear and confident communication skills with fluency in Italian and English.
