Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• You’ll closely work with a senior Product Owner/Solutions Lead in shaping and delivering the product roadmap across Oracle Fusion finance and EPM modules translating strategic objectives into clear user stories and actionable release plans.
• The role focuses on process improvement, standardisation, and reducing manual effort by maintaining a prioritised product backlog and championing agile ways of working.
• You’ll collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing ERP/EPM capabilities and design robust, end-to-end solutions with internal and external technology partners.
• Responsibilities include supporting release readiness, test planning, and business sign-off to ensure alignment with controls and best practices to ensure consistency in process and platform usage.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years post-qualification experience, ideally within Financial Services; familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience with major finance platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM (Fusion General Ledger, Accounting Hub, EDMCS, PCMCS, FCCS), with a sound understanding of ledger concepts.
• Stakeholder management skills across Business, Finance, Technology, Risk, and vendors; able to communicate complex issues simply and effectively.
• Experience contributing to product management activities (e.g., backlog management, user stories, release planning) and working in agile delivery environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, standardisation, and control.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, operate in ambiguity, and work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data governance principles and control frameworks is beneficial.
