Macquarie Group is currently seeking an accomplished and driven AVP – Administrator Governance CoE to join their specialized team based in Gurugram, India. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Administrator Governance Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for the governance, oversight and strategic management of Macquarie Asset Management's (MAM) global fund administration partners. The team works closely with senior stakeholders and service providers to drive performance excellence, risk management, digitalisation and strategic transformation initiatives across the fund administration operating model.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Oversee month-end statutory and management financial reporting cycles across designated Macquarie legal entities.
- Execute rigorous financial variance analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory capital returns.
- Partner with commercial finance directors and business unit heads to deliver insightful budgeting, forecasting, and strategic performance metrics.
- Ensure meticulous compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local taxation frameworks.
- Participate in finance modernization projects, improving automated ledger reconciliations and reporting tools.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Strategic partner governance capability, with demonstrated success in overseeing third-party service providers, driving performance accountability, and ensuring effective governance outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work across business, operations, risk, and supplier governance functions to deliver strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Advanced analytical capability in assessing performance, risk, and service delivery trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations and informed decision-making.
- Executive communication and reporting expertise, with the ability to develop and deliver governance reporting, business cases, and presentations to senior leadership and external partners.
- Proven relationship management and change leadership skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in complex, global, and matrixed environments.
