Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Working with the Futures COO and Futures Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the financial management agenda for the global Futures business.
- Detect, analyze, and evaluate challenges and opportunities across financial performance, profitability, costs, recoveries, capital and business investment, translating these into clear recommendations, agreed priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Execute and drive establish decision-ready MI and the governance required for ongoing financial management.
- Execute and drive challenge cost ownership and allocation, strengthen accountability and drive initiatives that improve the efficient and effective use of financial resources and technology investment.
- Applying advanced data analytics and AI-enabled approaches will be central to the role.
- Leverage specialized these capabilities to improve forecasting and scenario analysis, identify opportunities, optimise costs, recoveries and capital allocation, and support better business investment decisions.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, financial strategy, FP&A or finance-led business management.
- A track record of analysing complex financial information and delivering measurable improvements in financial performance, costs, recoveries and the use of capital and funding.
- Application of advanced data analytics and AI-enabled approaches to forecasting, scenario analysis and financial optimisation.
- Understanding of capital, funding and liquidity methodologies and their application to business and investment decisions.
- Ability to develop clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across functions and regions.
- Professional accounting or finance qualifications, such as CA or CFA, will be highly regarded.
