Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • CA with minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical accounting, with a deep understanding of IFRS and the ability to assess and apply appropriate accounting treatments to complex business transactions.
  • Advanced financial reporting and analysis capabilities, including month-end close, balance sheet management, and statutory, regulatory, and tax reporting.
  • Sound payroll and benefits accounting knowledge, supported by strong reconciliation and financial control skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvement, lead projects, and enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
  • Ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with strong planning and prioritisation abilities to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
