Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Play a significant role in overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls within our investment banking division.
- Uphold and ensure accuracy of financial statements, manage financial planning and analysis, and maintain relationships with auditors and regulators.
- Actively advance and support financial processes, divisional projects, and identify key risk areas for senior management.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate accounting qualification (CA or MBA, ACCA).
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant post qualification experience.
- Deep understanding of reporting requirements under IFRS, particularly standards that are relevant to the banking industry.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
