Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Be responsible for screening investment opportunities, underwriting and preparing detailed financial analyses, evaluating market data, and distilling information into investment memoranda.
- In addition, you will be responsible for portfolio asset management, including preparation of internal reporting and influencing business plan decisions for the equity portfolio.
- The team is a small, nimble group, providing the opportunity to work directly with senior-level members on a variety of transactions.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience, including real estate, finance, investment banking or asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Argus is a plus).
- Proficiency in / willingness to adopt AI tools.
- Interest in the real estate debt and private equity industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling.
- Conceptual, technical, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter mindset with an ability to manage competing workstreams / deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
