Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
In this capacity, your daily priorities and core technical contributions will center on the following key operational deliverables:
- Execute strategic initiatives across the ABS VAS portfolio, translating business priorities into scalable programs and deliverables
- Drive end-to-end execution of adoption, activation, and growth programs aligned to portfolio goals
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure consistent delivery at scale
- Enable field teams with clear positioning, plays, and readiness materials to drive VAS adoption
- Activate go-to-market motions that improve pipeline generation and conversion
- Partner with Sales and CSU teams to ensure effective execution in-market
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and GTM to ensure cohesive execution
- Maintain rigorous code quality, comprehensive automated test coverage, and security compliance throughout all phases of software delivery.
- Participate actively in technical design reviews, operational post-mortems, and architectural discussions across global engineering cohorts.
Candidate Profile & Experience Requirements

- Professional Background: Minimum of 4 years (48 months) of verified experience directly relevant to business program management or related technical specializations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

- Technical Competence: Demonstrated mastery of programming environments, distributed systems, modern cloud infrastructure, or specialized analytical methodologies relevant to the domain.
