Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Deliver high-impact technical leadership and operational support for Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity platforms.
- Execute and drive work with application, security and platform teams to strengthen authentication services, improve platform reliability, and enable secure access for users and applications.
- Execute and drive have the opportunity to drive automation, enhance monitoring capabilities, and support continuous improvements across our authentication environment.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in large enterprise environments.
- Expertise designing, implementing and troubleshooting Conditional Access policies, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- PowerShell scripting skills and experience using Microsoft Graph and Entra APIs to automate identity operations and improve efficiency.
- Experience with identity monitoring, logging and observability tools, with the ability to analyse authentication activity and resolve complex access issues.
- Troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and take ownership of critical authentication services.
