Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Drive end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of technology initiatives within the Cloud Complete programme.
- Execute and drive coordinate closely with application owners, risk teams, and technology partners to manage dependencies, track progress, and ensure delivery is achieved to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
- Additionally provide updates to senior stakeholders, maintain delivery plans and performance metrics, and lead specific initiatives to achieve defined outcomes.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a delivery-focused role such as Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a background in managing technology initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within financial services.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, and clear stakeholder communication.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with experience in analysing requirements, defining solutions, maintaining delivery artefacts, and contributing to business cases and presentations.
