Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Spearhead defining and delivering data products and platform capabilities that support business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Execute and drive work with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Technology to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions, while driving the adoption of modern data practices and supporting the evolution of enterprise data platforms.
- Your work will help create reusable, high-quality data assets that deliver value across the organisation.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, with the ability to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, data requirements, and business rules.
- Experience delivering data-focused initiatives, including data products, data platforms, or enterprise data solutions, with a strong understanding of scalability and reuse principles.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, build alignment, and support the successful adoption of change.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams to deliver business outcomes and translate requirements into practical, effective solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple priorities and contribute to strategic data initiatives in a complex environment.
