Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- The Anaplan Solution Architect will be accountable for the end-to-end solution architecture of Anaplan across the firm.
- The role defines how Anaplan should be designed, integrated, governed and scaled so that planning solutions are consistent, resilient and aligned to business outcomes.
- Execute and drive work across Anaplan model building squads, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects and senior Finance and Technology stakeholders to turn complex planning requirements into practical, reusable solution patterns.
- Your focus will be to provide architectural direction, assure design quality, uplift model builder capability and ensure Anaplan evolves as a governed group-wide capability rather than a collection of disconnected models.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Certified Master Anaplanner is essential.
- 10+ years’ experience of Anaplan expertise including Polaris, Workflow and Data Orchestration.
- Solution Architect experience delivering large-scale financial, workforce or operational planning models across complex enterprise environments.
- Stakeholder engagement, architectural influencing and squad enablement capability.
- Expertise in Anaplan integrations (ADO, APIs, Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, ETL tools).
- Understanding of financial planning and forecasting, ideally within financial services.
- Experience working with Enterprise Architects, Data Architects and delivery squads to align application, data, integration and governance decisions.
