Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Serve as the senior technical specialist within a team focused on Atlassian platforms, balancing operational support with project delivery.
- Execute and drive design and implement solutions across Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, while partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective outcomes.
- You'll also provide technical leadership, support complex issue resolution, and mentor team members to help build capability across the team.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years' experience in a senior technical role, providing technical leadership and guidance while supporting the development of less experienced team members.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, including administration, configuration, automation, permissions management and platform support.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, evaluating different approaches and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage both operational support responsibilities and project delivery commitments, including resolving complex technical issues and implementing solutions that utilise AI.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, gather requirements effectively, and work autonomously to deliver successful outcomes.
