Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Engineer, support and continuously improve our enterprise virtual desktop and application platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Execute and drive work across pooled and personal desktop environments, RemoteApp services and support Azure technologies to deliver secure, reliable and scalable services.
- Additionally help resolve complex technical issues, improve operational efficiency and support the continued expansion of the platform.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to diagnose complex platform, performance, application delivery, and end-user experience issues in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in platform operations and lifecycle management, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, patching, upgrades, and service resilience practices.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, infrastructure, cyber security, and application teams to support service adoption and integration requirements.
- Commitment to operational excellence, leveraging automation, engineering best practices, documentation standards, and IT service management disciplines to drive continuous improvement and service reliability.
