In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside seasoned industry professionals to optimize mission-critical processes, manage risk effectively, and deliver commercially impactful solutions across key markets.
Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Advise clients on strategic and financial matters, including public M&A and capital raisings, with direct exposure to C-suite executives, founders and investment committees.
- Lead and steer key transaction workstreams across live deals, taking ownership of financial modelling, valuation and market analysis, while preparing high-quality client materials including presentations, approval papers and due diligence packs tailored for senior stakeholder discussions.
- Execute and drive support the origination and execution of cross-border transactions across multiple sectors, engage directly with clients from day one, participate in client meetings, management calls and site visits, and help build trusted relationships that influence outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to you will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, or leveraged finance.
- Academic background in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong understanding of valuation, financial modelling and corporate finance concepts.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
