The Risk Management Group provides an independent, objective oversight function that advises business units on managing credit, market, regulatory, and operational risks across global transactions. In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside seasoned industry professionals to optimize mission-critical processes, manage risk effectively, and deliver commercially impactful solutions across key markets.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- This role is responsible for developing an independent, technically robust, and practical view of the operational risk profile across capital markets activities, with a focus on FX, futures, and financing flows.
- Leveraging front-to-back experience, you will challenge trade lifecycle processes and drive tangible improvements in control effectiveness.
- Execute and drive deliver commercially grounded insights, perform deep dives into high-risk areas, and support remediation efforts to enhance risk management outcomes.
- While the firm offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.
- Salary range for this position: $161,000 – $217,000/Year.
- Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of capital markets background with exposure to FX, futures, or listed derivatives.
- Front-to-back understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including execution, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Ability to assess control design and identify gaps across complex operational processes.
- Experience analyzing incidents, issues, and data to identify trends and systemic control weaknesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
