• Conduct 1-on-1 career coaching, performance appraisals, and structured talent development.
• Bridge communication between executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams.
• Maintain high standards of code hygiene, architectural integrity, and developer happiness.

Technical Competencies & Core Skills

Required Qualifications & Background

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience designing, building, and operating modern cloud-native systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure automation, and automated testing practices.
• Proven ability to articulate architectural decisions, lead technical design proposals (RFCs), and mentor fellow engineers.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
