Role Summary

Launch your SRE career supporting Culture Amp’s high-growth AI and cloud platform infrastructure in Melbourne, monitoring Kubernetes clusters, latency metrics, and automated disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve availability, latency, and overall health of cloud services on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Participate in blameless post-mortem investigations and on-call rotations.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT with foundational knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud systems.

Remuneration

• $100,000 – $125,000 AUD + equity + 11.5% Superannuation.
