• Help support the firm's growth by working on financial reporting, forecasting, tax and regulatory reporting, and providing advice to teams across the business.
• Corporate finance, M&A, treasury and markets.
• Work with teams advising on mergers and acquisitions, supporting the trading of essential commodities, or helping provide funding, capital and advisory services to clients and businesses.
• Help identify, assess and manage risks across the business, contributing to sustainable outcomes and supporting informed decision-making.
• Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start a business or manage their finances.
• From designing, building and maintaining our systems to writing code and developing solutions, as an Engineer you could specialise in areas such as architecture, UI design, testing, business analysis or production support.
• Help drive positive outcomes at the firm by identifying business needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
• Use data, analytics, AI or emerging technologies to help solve business problems and improve processes.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• Some opportunities, including roles in technology and data, may require a relevant degree or area of study.
• You are in your final year of study or completed your studies in 2025.
• No prior financial services experience is required, just an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident to be eligible for this program.
