Lead national business-to-business (B2B) enterprise sales teams, multi-million-dollar government procurement tenders, and corporate accounts at Officeworks.
Officeworks is seeking a high-performing B2B Corporate Accounts National Sales Director to lead our commercial enterprise sales organization in Melbourne. You will lead a nationwide team of commercial account managers, win lucrative state government and corporate supply contracts for technology, furniture, and workplace consumables, and drive digital B2B platform adoption.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Lead national: Lead national corporate B2B sales strategy, delivering aggressive revenue growth and margin targets.
- Manage executive: Manage executive relationships and contract negotiations with ASX 200 corporate procurement heads.
- Lead major: Lead major competitive tender bids (RFP/RFT) for federal/state government and education departments.
- Coach, inspire,: Coach, inspire, and develop regional sales managers and business development executives across Australia.
- Drive adoption: Drive adoption of Officeworks Corporate digital ordering portals, EDI integrations, and custom catalog punch-outs.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Officeworks, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Management.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 8+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- 8+ years of B2B corporate sales leadership experience with a track record managing large enterprise sales teams.
- Demonstrated success winning and managing multi-year enterprise supply contracts valued at $10M+ annually.
- Exceptional executive presence, commercial negotiation, and high-level client relationship skills.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
