Lead 120-bed residential aged care operations, clinical governance, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facility Manager for our 120-bed Fernhill residential community in greater Brisbane. Leading a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, personal care assistants, and hospitality staff, you will drive person-centered dementia care, clinical safety benchmarks, and financial viability under the AN-ACC funding model.

As a key member of the team at Bolton Clarke in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Oversee day-to-day: Oversee day-to-day operations, resident care planning, and clinical indicator compliance across the facility.
• Ensure 100%: Ensure 100% compliance with the 8 Aged Care Quality Standards and Sirius/ACQSC audit readiness.
• Manage facility: Manage facility financial performance, resident admissions, occupancy levels, and AN-ACC subsidy funding.
• Lead clinical: Lead clinical risk governance: falls reduction, pressure injury prevention, and psychotropic medication stewardship.
• Foster open,: Foster open, compassionate partnerships with residents, families, and visiting medical practitioners.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Bolton Clarke, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing & Current AHPRA Registration & Diploma of Management.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Current unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years experience as a Facility Manager or Director of Nursing in Australian residential aged care.
• Thorough mastery of the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC assessment framework.
• Proven leadership capability building positive workplace culture.

At Bolton Clarke, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$135,000 – AU$165,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Salary $135,000 – $165,000 + 11.5% super + company vehicle option.
• Full not-for-profit salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 tax-free per annum.
