Affinity Education Group is recruiting a Senior Inclusive Education & Neurodiversity Specialist based at our national office in Brisbane. You will provide strategic advisory and clinical education frameworks ensuring children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and physical differences thrive in our Lifelong Learning centres.

As a key member of the team at Affinity Education Group in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Develop inclusive: Develop inclusive pedagogical frameworks and positive behaviour support plans for early childhood educators.
• Liaise with: Liaise with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and NDIS early childhood partners (ECEI).
• Design sensory: Design sensory room environments and low-stimulus regulation zones within childcare centres.
• Deliver training: Deliver training workshops on neurodiversity-affirming practices for Centre Directors and Room Leaders.
• Support families: Support families navigating diagnostic pathways and NDIS funding access.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Affinity Education Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Master of Special / Inclusive Education & Current State Teaching Registration (QCT).
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Master’s degree or Graduate Diploma in Inclusive Education, Special Education, or Occupational Therapy.
• 5+ years experience supporting neurodivergent children in educational or clinical settings.
• Deep understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and Early Childhood Intervention best practices.
• Compassionate, family-centered communication style.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$110,000 – AU$132,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $110,000 – $132,000 + 11.5% super + performance incentives.
