Join TechnologyOne in Fortitude Valley as a Senior QA Automation Engineer building automated end-to-end testing frameworks for enterprise ERP.

TechnologyOne’s R&D Innovation Centre in Brisbane is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer. You will design, develop, and maintain robust automated end-to-end and API testing suites using TypeScript, Cypress, and Playwright integrated into automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.

As a key member of the team at TechnologyOne in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Design and: Design and expand automated test suites covering UI workflows, microservices, and regression suites.
• Integrate automated: Integrate automated test runs into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with parallelized execution.
• Perform API: Perform API automation testing, load testing, and security vulnerability scans.
• Partner with: Partner with software developers during sprint planning to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at TechnologyOne, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 4+ years experience in automated software testing for web applications.
• Strong coding proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript using Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience testing complex enterprise SaaS applications and RESTful APIs.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$115,000 – AU$140,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $115,000 – $140,000 + 11.5% super + performance bonus.
