Linfox is hiring a National Fleet Manager at Eastern Creek to oversee linehaul fleet compliance, telematics, and heavy vehicle safety across Australia.

Linfox Transport is seeking an experienced National Fleet Manager to lead vehicle reliability, telematics tracking, and NHVR compliance for our national heavy fleet.

As a key member of the team at Linfox in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Manage compliance: Manage compliance and operational performance for a fleet of 500+ prime movers and trailers.
• Monitor telematics: Monitor telematics data (Seeing Machines, MTData) to manage fatigue and driving behavior.
• Enforce strict: Enforce strict National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and Master CoR compliance.
• Oversee fleet: Oversee fleet maintenance agreements, fuel burn optimization, and vehicle replacement schedules.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Linfox, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Logistics, Business, or Equivalent Experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 5+ years heavy transport fleet management experience in large road transport operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing transport telematics to drive safety outcomes.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$135,000 – AU$165,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $135,000 – $165,000 + company car / allowance + super.
