Affinity Education is hiring an Area Manager on the Gold Coast to oversee operations and quality compliance across a portfolio of 12 early learning centers.

Affinity Education Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operational excellence, occupancy growth, and educational quality across 12 centers in SE QLD.

As a key member of the team at Affinity Education Group in Gold Coast, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Provide operational: Provide operational governance and leadership to 12 Centre Directors across Gold Coast and Logan.
• Oversee portfolio: Oversee portfolio financial performance, labor forecasting, and center occupancy strategies.
• Ensure rigorous: Ensure rigorous compliance with National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards, and state regulations.
• Coach Centre: Coach Centre Directors on talent retention, parent communication, and leadership.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Affinity Education Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Education, Business, or Hospitality Management.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 3 years multi-site operational management experience in early childhood or multi-site education.
• Comprehensive knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
• Exceptional commercial acumen and leadership presence.

At Affinity Education Group, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$120,000 – AU$145,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Package $120,000 – $145,000 + company vehicle / allowance + performance bonus.
