Qantas is appointing International Flight Attendants and Cabin Crew Leaders based in Sydney operating Airbus A380 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleets.

Qantas is seeking enthusiastic International Cabin Crew Leaders in Sydney to deliver world-class in-flight safety and premium hospitality across international routes.

As a key member of the team at Qantas Airways in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Ensure highest: Ensure highest standards of aviation safety, emergency evacuation readiness, and CASA compliance.
• Deliver premium: Deliver premium food, beverage, and hospitality services to international passengers across all cabin classes.
• Administer emergency: Administer emergency first aid and handle in-flight medical situations calmly.
• Conduct pre-flight: Conduct pre-flight safety equipment checks and security sweeps.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Qantas Airways, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: First Aid Certificate & Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 12 months premium customer service, hospitality, or aviation experience.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided and tread water.
• Current Provide First Aid, CPR, and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol credentials.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$75,000 – AU$95,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Salary $75,000 – $95,000 + generous international flight allowances + super.
