Bolton Clarke Fairways is seeking a caring Registered Nurse to coordinate clinical care in our Caloundra aged care community.

Bolton Clarke is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care community in Caloundra, leading clinical care and resident wellness.

As a key member of the team at Bolton Clarke in Sunshine Coast, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Develop and: Develop and review individualized resident care plans in consultation with GPs.
• Supervise medication: Supervise medication administration, wound care, and chronic pain management.
• Lead emergency: Lead emergency response procedures and clinical deterioration interventions.
• Oversee and: Oversee and mentor personal carers to ensure best clinical practice.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Bolton Clarke, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing & AHPRA Registration.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 1-3 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Passionate commitment to the health and dignity of older Australians.
• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

At Bolton Clarke, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$84,000 – AU$96,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Base salary of $84,000 – $96,000 + 11.5% super + shift allowances.
• Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900.
• Beautiful coastal Sunshine Coast location.
• Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave (with 17.5% annual leave loading where applicable) plus 10 days paid personal/carer’s leave.
