Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

As the Commercial Scaffolding Leading Hand at Directhitt Scaffolding, your primary operational responsibilities and strategic deliverables will include:

• Strategic Execution: Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational priorities, ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational benchmarks and quality KPIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, establishing productive and trusting working relationships.
• Quality & Standards: Analyze operational workflows, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Manage departmental documentation, inventory, reporting, and operational records in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
• Reporting & Compliance: Resolve escalations, complex customer inquiries, and operational hurdles with professional composure and commercial tact.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally across management, front-line staff, and suppliers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
• Team Leadership & Support: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture characterized by safety, mutual accountability, and high team morale.

Candidate Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Formal Qualifications: Relevant tertiary degree, diploma, or demonstrated commercial experience within the industry sector.
• Industry Experience: Demonstrated history of achieving performance milestones and delivering exemplary service within Australian organizations.
• Technical Competence: Proficiency with modern enterprise software suites, customer management platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
• Certifications & Compliance: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and stakeholder negotiation abilities.
• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Strong time management and organizational aptitude with the capacity to balance competing priorities independently.
• Interpersonal Excellence: Legal working rights in Australia and commitment to upholding ethical workplace practices.

Remuneration Package, Workplace Benefits & Culture

Directhitt Scaffolding believes in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. In addition to a highly competitive remuneration package of AU$90,000 – AU$110,000 per annum + 11.5% statutory Superannuation, the successful applicant will enjoy:
