Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents within the residential aged care service.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic, person-centered care planning and delivery.
• Monitor resident health, manage medications, and respond proactively to changes in clinical needs.
• Support and guide care team members to uphold clinical standards and positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional care and improving the quality of life for older Australians.
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Skills & Competencies
