Estia Health is seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join the team. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nursing Diploma
• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Evidence of a current influenza vaccination during the influenza season
